I hate 80% of what is on this website, and to this day I am surprised that it even still exists. How much money are they making off of shitty fan art, porn, gross fan art, gross porn, stupid shit, stupid fan art, stupid attempts at porn, etc? Must be enough. Anyway, that is not for me to question. I am here. Not all of my work is so great and yet I still have a place to display it and share withe people who will enjoy my art and I enjoy theirs. And lovies, if you are reading this right now, that means I really enjoy your art or I appreciate you as someone who likes my art! Keep up the good work!

I will be a lot more selective about what I upload, giving my very best work top priority. I think it is time to raise the bar around here. 

As for content well, you can expect more of the same from me, just expect better, stranger, truer, prettier, uglier, and more!

I am doing art and writing again, and with a new outlook. Some things are going to change around here, but only for the better. 

I'm trying to beef up my black metal knowledge. In addition to learning more through interviews and zines with such bands as Darkthrone, Mayhem, Burzum and other influential bands, I plan on listening to every new band I can find. So 2014 has been a really, really shitty year for me. I don't want to go into too much detail but I feel I've lost more this year than any other year in my life. It's hard when everything hits you at the same time and you are left not even able to function for a time. I suppose I am thankful though because I learned that I'm tougher than I think. Even if I'm not strong, I'm still here. Greater things all over the universe are still turning and turning and the world hasn't come to an end, the mountains are still standing and wind still rustles the trees. What happens in this life is temporary. Life is temporary and at some point either these troubles will end, or I will. So that's something.
In my own personal comedy (a.k.a. life) there are two things that I have always been able to count on: nature and black metal. Previously I have mostly focused on Nature; now it's time for Black Metal. I've had the opportunity to listen to dozens of new bands, enjoy old favorites and meet bands that I never thought I would ever see live. I hear the North winds blow like airy flutes mingling and playing together in the cold space between solid matter the and realm of spirits. Nordic strings are in the air casting spells of merriment and lust. It is autumn, a time of feasting and celebration! for we do not know what winter will bring.
I love this time of year. I like to leave the door open with the screen door closed and listen to the coloring leaves roar in the north winds. This is the only time of year when the north winds actually blow into my house and I love it! They are cold and very strong but not yet icy, and they bring about many changes in nature and my mood. Just remember to turn the thermostat off.
And it's only going to get better! Sorry if you don't like cold weather but this is going to be a frigid winter say the weather gods. They can be wrong sometimes but judging by the cool summers we've had recently, I have faith in their predictions. This is in Colorado, and the western USA.
